Over two full day sessions  or 4 x 1/2 day sessions which can be booked consecutively or apart  as full days, 1/2 day or evening sessions.

You can either have this class on a one to one basis or add up to 3 additional friends* to the group.

Learn to  create a variety of sugar flowers   Each flower we will do from scratch petal by petal so suitable for beginners.  You will also learn how to dust wire and tape your flowers into a posy. All materials and equipment are provided for your use on the class and at the end of the classes you will have your floral posy to take home.

You can choose one of the below four options:

Cosmos & Sweet pea posy with filler flowers, buds and foliage

Freesia & Lisianthus posy, including buds and trailing foliage

Traditional Roses – Learn how to create three stages of opening along with rose buds and leaves.

Heirloom Roses – learn how to make a posy of these big blousy roses along with leaves and buds and attach to a decorative hoop.
