Description

Over two consecutive days  you will use the  techniques I use for a multi tiered wedding cake so a great range of skills will be taught that could then be used to level up your cake skills.

You will learn to split, fill  and level a sponge cake. Make a white chocolate ganache for the base coat layer and then coat in fondant for a flawless finish.  You will learn how  to create a ruffle effect on one tier and a stencilled effect on the top tier. 

Learn how to stack the cake for a perfectly level finish then make fondant bow to adorn the top of your cake

You will have a 7 “ &  5 “ decorated stacked cake to take home,  we provide all the materials for the class plus you can choose your cake flavours in advance.

This class can be booked on a one to one basis or you can add one other guests  to the class
