Private Class – Fondant Ice a Cake

This class will be covering the basics for a fondant iced cake and you will learn the following techniques:
- How to split, fill and crumb coat with buttercream a sponge cake.
- Make buttercream.
- Fondant ice to a flawless finish.
- Colour icing and make simple blossoms to decorate the cake.
- How to make royal icing and pipe simple dots
- How to add an embossed message.
All materials are supplied and you will have you finished cake to take home to enjoy.

This class is a full day 10am – 4pm including lunch & refreshments throughout
