Selection of deep  filled sandwiches on seeded and farmhouse white bread presented on buffet platters with 32 triangles per tray.

One mixed meat/fish platter : fillings include  ham & mustard mayo , chicken mayo,  and tuna and red onion and rocket.

One mixed veggie platter:  fillings include Mature cheddar & tomato chutney, free range egg mayo and rocket and brie and cranberry.

Crudites and Houmus  Dip  Platter : with carrot batons, celery, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and radishes

Sausage Rolls:  x 20 2″ sausage rolls with premium sausage-meat and spiced tomato chutney

Mature Cheddar and Tomato  Mini Quiches: x 20

Platter of Bite Sizes Cakes:  x 40 pieces  Selection will include 3 different bakes from our cake range, feel free to suggest favourites or have chefs choice.
