Description

Our delicious afternoon tea bakes supplied on buffet platters for you to serve, either as a buffet or  for you to transfer to your own cake stands.

Menu includes the following:

Selection of crustless finger sandwiches  –  (30 pieces) with the following fillings:  Chicken tarragon mayo,  ham & mustard mayo, brie with cranberry,  free range egg mayo,  cream cheese and cucumber.

Mini Cheese scones buttered with spiced tomato (10), Smoked salmon and cream cheese tart(10).

Sweet treat selection (40 pieces) can  include a selection of sweet treats for example:  Carrot cake/ lemon meringue pie/chocolate and hazelnut brownie/mini Bakewell tart – Sweet treats vary and seasonal selection is included ie Valentines , Easter or festive themes.

Classic  sweet scones  (10)with mini pot jam & clotted cream.

Displayed on buffet platters, stands not included.
