Day One: Will cover levelling and filling your sponges. Making ganache and learning how to apply this to your cake to give a flawless base for icing. Stage one of making a large peoney and other wired blooms to adorn your cake.
Day Two: Covers icing your cakes with fondant to create crisp sharp edges. Using moulds to create a decorative edging. Dowelling and stacking your cake. Dusting and taping your flowers & leaves and all the finishing touches to your two tiered cake.
Course includes all the materials you need for the course, lunch and refreshments throughout the day and your cake to take home.
