Once we have sent a quotation a non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
Wedding cakes is £100 with final balance two weeks before your wedding date
Other celebration cakes 50% of the total cost and balance on collection.
This can be paid via Bacs (please reference with your name & collection date) or pay over the phone or in store.

Wedding cakes we tend to deliver and set up to the venue on the day of your event and delivery is free to all venues within 15 miles of our shop.
Wedding cake stands are available please choose during your design meeting, we ask for these to be returned to our shop within 3 days of the event and hold a security deposit on cake stands to ensure safe return.
Birthday and other cakes are costed on a collection basis from our Bekesbourne shop although by arrangement they can be collected from our Quex Park café.

Fondant cakes need to be kept cool but not refrigerated as the icing will go sticky and spoil. Butter cream cakes can be refrigerated but remember to serve at room temperature.
We recommend any leftover cake is kept in an air tight container consumed within 3 days of the event

We supply our cakes with an allergen sheet. If you have specific dietary requests please ask in advance so we can accommodate these.

Mama Feelgoods reserved the rights to publish cake images cake to our gallery and social media , press etc although we ensure this is not done until after your event.

Cake portions are based on a finger slice of cake for fruit typically allow a 1’’x 1’’ size piece and for sponge 1’’ x 2 ‘’ slice although you can go larger if you wish!

You can specify your date in the text box where you order or add any notes in the “order notes box” (last box after you have entered your address) where you can specify any details about your order . Remember to give at least FIVE full days notice for an order as all cakes are baked to order.

At present we will be delivering  free of charge to our surrounding villages of  Bekesbourne, Patrixbourne, Bridge,  Bishopsbourne, Adisham and a small delivery charge for the wider Canterbury area. If you live in one of the above villages please add the coupon code “Local” to waive delivery charge at the checkout ( this is based on a minimum order of £10) otherwise the delivery charge is £4.50. We cannot post cakes or send by courier I am afraid and our cakes are delivered in person by a member of the team.

Pick up from our shop is available between 10 and 5pm or 4pm on Sundays on your requested date.

We have options available to add a name printed to the side of our fancy buttercream styles or you can choose an option to add a personalised plaque or edible printed image from our shop page .  Please remember to add the wording  in the information box at the check out. 

If you would prefer a bespoke design outside of the options available please head to our sister site Mama Feelgoods or contact us with your requirements.  Bespoke orders do have a longer lead time so please  enquire with as much notice as possible.

Cakes are delivered in a card box and stay fresh for  a minimum of 3 days after delivery – it is advised that once cut any leftovers to be wrapped and kept in an air tight container to maintain freshness. Scones are baked on your order day and best eaten within 24 hours.

Fancy buttercream cakes can be stored in the fridge but are best eaten at room temperature.   Fondant cakes do not like being in the fridge as the icing goes sticky and are best kept in a cool dry place.

Although every care is taken our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that also handles NUTS, WHEAT, DAIRY and other allergens. Our cakes have an allergen card delivered with them to highlight any that are included in your order.
