Coffee, tea & mints are included for all three course meals, other wise £1.50

Under 12's are charged at ½ price, a separate menu can be designed for them if
required.

An additional main course option can be included at no extra charge if you invite
your guests to choose beforehand, it is quite nice to send out a delicious menu
card with your rsvp's. Alternatively your guests can choose on the day but there
is an additional charge for this.

When waitress service is required it is charged at £3 per person for hot/cold
buffets and £4 per person for full service.

The price includes the provision of all equipment except linen hire & glass hire-
which we can arrange for you if required.

Confirmation of final minimum numbers is to be given 21 days prior to the event
and this is the basis of the final invoice due 14 days prior to event, although we
request to be kept informed of any large changes in numbers as we would need
to adjust staff levels accordingly.

Any cancellation within three months of the event is charged at 50% of the final
invoice and 75% if within one month of the date or the full amount if within one
week. If the date rebooks we will use our discretion to refund this. We advise
adequate insurance is obtained to cover this.

Prices are quoted for a specific number of guests (80 +), any significant change
in numbers may affect the overall price. We do not include a service charge; this
is left to the organisers' discretion.

The client is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery to time of
collection. Loss or damage will be charged at replacement cost.

A non refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure booking.

If catering in a marquee please supply a catering tent, with at least 3 separate
power points, 10 6x3 tables, lighting and a water supply nearby.
